2.a) JV Flipo does not collect any personal information such as names, email-addresses, physical addresses, bank accounts, social security information, or any health information.

2.b) However, JV Flipo collects your personal high-score data as well as your color settings data and volume settings data within JV Flipo. JV Flipo uses that collected data to help render your high-score data in gameplay, and to help set everything up within the app as you had it before closing the app.

2.c) Through our website JVFlipo.com, we may collect your personal information such as your name, email address, and whatever information your email contains by allegedly "your consent".  On our (Contact Page), you are provided a prompt to check a box, giving us permission that we may use your email to reply back to you; solely in regard to JV Flipo and to JV Flipo's relations if feasible and appropriate.

2.d) To what is feasible and appropriate is up to the developer unless legal party states otherwise coinciding with the law.
